Baked Kale Chips
Just like potato chips you can’t stop at eating just one they really are quite addictive.
1 x Bunch of kale
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
2 cloves of garlic finely minced (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees or Gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Wash and thoroughly dry kale. With a kitchen knife or scissors remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite sized pieces.
Place the kale in a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil and salt and garlic (optional). Toss to evenly coat all the pieces.
Lay the kale in single layers on the baking tray and then bake in the oven for 10- 15 minutes
